Career Day has not only helped from a brand perspective, so making sure that candidates have a lovely experience meeting us, it also helps us to get our brand out there. It also allows us to tap into markets that maybe we wouldn’t have known about before, so whether that is people who are returning to work that maybe haven’t used LinkedIn, or grads who have just left University and aren’t really sure where to start. I definitely think it helps us.

I think there is a great vibe in terms of a community vibe, a community feeling. All the tech events we have been to have been quite commercial feeling so I think that community feeling is different from what I see in other tech events.
